CAR-Jurkat Assay-Human CD19-PE CAR TEST Kit
Flow cytometric analysis of Anti-CD19 CAR expression. 5e5 of Jurkat cells or Anti-CD19 CAR-Jurkat cells were stained with 100 μL of 1:100 dilution of Human CD19-PE CAR TEST Kit(Code: APK151). Non-transduced Jurkat cells were used as a control (left). PE signal was used to evaluate the binding activity.
